Licensed & accredited
All removal work is carried out by Class B licensed asbestos removalists in line with the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2017 (Vic) and WorkSafe Victoria requirements.
Risk assessment first
Every job begins with a site risk assessment and a documented Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) before any material is disturbed.
Containment & control
We use appropriate containment, wetting, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent fibre release and protect your household and our team.
Air monitoring & clearance
Where required, independent air monitoring and a clearance inspection are arranged so the area is certified safe before re-occupation.
Compliant disposal
Asbestos waste is double-wrapped, labelled, and transported to EPA-licensed disposal facilities, with waste tracking documentation provided.
Fully insured
We carry public liability and the relevant insurances so you are protected throughout the works.
